Nourishment and activity - The importance of a healthy diet and activity for the corporate athlete.

Emotional management - How to change how we feel in a heartbeat. Turning negative emotions into a positive ones by listening and learning from them.

Changing bad habits - Discovering the bad habits which we have in our lives. Understanding that these are negative programmes and learning how to replace the bad habit with a positive ritual.

Erasing limiting beliefs - Finding out what beliefs we have about ourselves which limit us from becoming the person we want to be. Erasing these beliefs and replacing them with empowering affirmations.
