Also, our poor nutritional diet as a result of modern day living has been linked by science to the exponential increase in anxiety levels. Advanced nutritional advice on gut health and its relationship to mental health is also addressed as part of the Mind Fitness programme.

  • An introduction to NLP and the unconscious mind: How you have programmed yourself to behave and how unwanted programmes can be changed.

Vaginal birth and Caesarean: Differences in babies' bacteria

Babies born by Caesarean section have dramatically different gut bacteria to those born vaginally, according to the largest study in the field.
