The Mind Fitness Process

For 28 days I will be in touch with you. We will meet either face-to-face or online three to four times and the rest of the time I will be in contact with you to ensure that you are completing the actions that we agree. I will keep you motivated and on task so that at the end of the 28 days you will achieve the transformation you so wish for.

The programme includes:

  • Eliciting your unconscious hierarchy of values: Determining what is important to you in your life and how to live life in line with your values for true happiness and fulfilment.
  • Emotional management: Using Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic strategies to manage negative emotions effectively.
  • Changing bad habits - Discovering the bad habits which you have in your life. Understanding that these are negative programmes and learning how to replace the bad habit with a positive ritual.
  • Erasing limiting beliefs: Finding out what beliefs you have about yourself which limit you from becoming the person you want to be. Erasing these beliefs and replacing them with empowering affirmations.
  • Achieving extraordinary outcomes: Success is not an accident. Learn the six steps that successful people take in order to achieve their dreams.

How Smoking in 1959 Is Like Eating in 2019

“Given that diet is the number-one cause of death and disability, nutrition is surely the number-one subject taught in medical school, right? And it’s certainly the number-one issue your doctor talks with you about, right? If only.” says Dr Michael Gregor. “How can there be such a disconnect between the available evidence and the practice of medicine?” Watch this 6-minute video on ‘How Smoking in 1959 Is Like Eating in 2019’. Fascinating. Click here to watch

"After the 21 day cleanse I have lots more energy and the early mornings are no longer a struggle. I don’t experience brain fog at 4pm and the intense sugar cravings are no longer present. I thought eliminating dairy and carbs would be difficult but I found myself craving vegetables instead! I will definitely continue with this new way of eating. Thank you for all the advice and support throughout. It helped me stay accountable and continue on the process."
