Why detox?

Pollution coupled with pesticides, insecticides, fertilisers, food additives and antibiotics has resulted in a build up of toxins in our bodies. These need to be excreted from the body to prevent an increase in free radicals raging around our body causing disease. Our liver, whose job is to remove impurities from the blood and process them for elimination, can become overloaded and when it does the toxins just build up in our bodies. A detox programme simply gives the liver a helping hand in assisting the flushing out of these toxic chemicals. You can click here to watch my 48 minute webinar on the importance of detoxing

21 day detox programme

Whatever your disorder or condition, or even if you feel that you are in good health, this 21 day gut healing detox will kick-start your return to the optimum health you deserve. Our gut microbiome suffers due to toxic environments, nutrient-stripped foods, and a stressful, sedentary lifestyle. This suffering results in an unhealthy balance of good and bad bacteria, which ultimately impacts every system in the body.

To help detox the body and heal the gut, I offer a 21 day detox programme which includes a supply of clinically formulated nutrition for the microbiome. Probiotics, vegetable proteins, and many other powerful ingredients combine to promote detoxification, cleansing, and balance. Throughout the 21 days you take these carefully engineered supplements and adhere to an extensive list of delicious non-inflammatory foods.

What to expect?

The program is tough at the start but in the case of healing your gut, things often need to get worse before they get better. On the negative side you will experience detox symptoms (headaches, achy joints, skin flare ups) as the 'bad' bacteria in your microbiome die-off and release their toxins. On the positive side, you will lose weight, any gut issues will settle, you will feel have greater mental clarity and feel more energised and happy.
