I believe that the majority of our health conditions that we suffer from today are as a result of our stressful lifestyles and poor diet. Hippocrates once said “Let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food”. I truly believe that we can reduce the symptoms and sometimes totally heal many of our modern-day disorders - obesity, cancers, auto-immune, digestive disorders, mental health conditions - through food. In fact, I am living proof of this fact and so are many of my clients.
I have worked with clients with obesity, diabetes, autoimmune, menopausal issues and mental health problems and have significantly reduced, or even eliminated, their symptoms purely by making changes to what they eat.
As a therapist of nutrition my aim is to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and then treat the cause and not the symptom in order to prevent disease and promote optimum health and wellbeing.

The first programme is a 28-day programme where I am in touch with you every day, gradually making changes to your diet and lifestyle and helping you to stay motivated and on track.
The second programme is a maintenance programme. I move you onto this programme once you have completed the 28-day programme. Obviously, you aren’t ‘done’ after 28 days. This is just the start of your health journey. Maintenance ensures that you continue the good work beyond 28 days.
