This simple, enjoyable and unique book combines mind coaching and personal training in an effective programme, enabling the reader to lose weight and keep it off forever. Importance is placed on exercises for the mind, well before any attempts at physical challenges. All too often weight watchers focus on short-term results. They put themselves through the pain of starvation and exercise only to find that when they achieve their goal, all the weight comes back on again. Andrea believes that the mind-set of the weight watcher has to be addressed first. She will show you how to erase your bad habits and any limiting beliefs which hold you back. In their place you will put positive rituals and empowering beliefs which support you in achieving and maintaining your dream weight. You may find this book different to others as it is like a school exercise book. Andrea asks you questions and has left a space for you to write down your answers. And she does mean it … write your answers down! She also asks you to do some ‘mind’ exercises. You are going to have to use your imagination to picture yourself in the past, present and future as well as having to verbalise your thoughts. In order to do this, you need to be in the right environment to read this book. You need to be on your own, in a quiet room. You must be in a comfortable chair, sofa or hammock. Vaginal birth and Caesarean: Differences in babies' bacteria

Babies born by Caesarean section have dramatically different gut bacteria to those born vaginally, according to the largest study in the field.
