My personal training sessions are specifically for the unfit and overweight and are tailored for the needs and ability of each client.
The sessions take place in my garden lodge or out on the road. In the lodge we use small weights, a Gymstick and a step, together with floor work to build and maintain muscle mass. Out on the road we burn calories and increase our metabolism by walking or running as well as interval training at the local park.
As part of the PT session we will be using and learning tools of NLP. These tools will enable your mind to focus, so you stay motivated to achieve your goal of long-term health and fitness.
