I work with my clients on a 1-2-1 basis to ensure that they get the support that they need. I work with the mind as well as with the body, as the two are intricately linked when it comes to losing weight. I treat each client as an individual, developing a bespoke plan of action to ensure weight loss is achieved and maintained.
I work on the basis of 4 x 1-hour sessions approximately 2 weeks apart and then a monthly maintenance programme of 30 minutes per session.
